b) Availability: Ticket availability is subject to change without notice. MagicTickets.ca does not guarantee the availability of any specific ticket or event.
c) Payment: To confirm a reservation, payment for tickets must be made in full. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website.
d) Unpaid Reservations: MagicTickets.ca may offer an option for unpaid ticket reservations. This is a courtesy service to hold a spot, and is considered an unconfirmed reservation. Admission to the event is not guaranteed until payment has been made.
e) Delivery: Tickets will be delivered electronically via email or made available for download from your user account. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and ensure that you can receive electronic tickets.
f) Refunds: Ticket reservations may be cancelled by request up to one hour before the event begins. Refunds will be processed and returned to the original payment method within 14 days. In the case of event cancellation, refunds will be issued to all ticket buyers.
a) Ownership: All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property rights displayed on our website belong to Wow Factor Productions or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any copyrighted materials without prior written consent from the respective owners.
b) User Content: By submitting any content to our website (such as reviews, comments, or testimonials), you grant Wow Factor Productions a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content for promotional and other purposes.
a) Disclaimer: Wow Factor Productions makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the information displayed on our website. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or suitability of any event or ticket listed on our platform.

c) Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Wow Factor Productions be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services.
